Issue Escalation Part 1– Grievance Redressal

If query that is unresolved , you can register your complain by calling to number 1800 200 3344 between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Make sure that you provide the Service Request Number (numeric digits only) which should not be 2 month old.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution given, then you can escalate the issue to the head of Phone Banking, Mr Subhendu Tripathy. The form is given on the official website of the ICICI Bank.

If you are still not satisfied with the services or on given solution, then you can further escalate the issue to the bank’s nodal officer, Mr Vinayak M More. You can submit the online request or reach him via phone at 022-26538027 or send him an email at headservicequality@icicibank.com
